Garry Jeans Kitchens is a local, family owned, and operated small business and we’ve been operating for over 40 years. However, whilst our business is appears old, we actually have a young, dynamic, and innovative team and we are dedicated to making beautiful cabinetry.

Here’s our story…

Garry established the business, alongside his wife Kerrie, in 1979. They worked hard to build the business and provide custom kitchens and other cabinetry to the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie regions. Their business model was simple – provide friendly service and high quality workmanship – and it worked. Before long, their business grew and their best form of advertising soon became ‘word of mouth’ – which is always a good sign of quality work and happy customers.

Garry and Kerrie’s son, Brenden, joined the family business in 2007. Brenden worked hard to learn the trade, complete his apprenticeship, and contribute to the family business. He came into the partnership in 2014 and his responsibilities steadily increased until he took over the family business in 2022 – when after 43 years, Garry and Kerrie retired.

Today, Garry Jeans Kitchens has a small, dedicated team – including Brenden, Ryan, Greg, Hannah and Brock – who design, manufacture, and install every job from start to finish. Brenden’s wife, Claire, has also joined the team in a general management position, further evidencing that we like to keep things in the family.

Brenden and his team offer a range of kitchen designs from classic white, to contemporary grey, and everything in-between. We use CabMaster software to create a 3D image of your new kitchen so you can see your project come to life, play around with different designs, and even different colours. We only use Australian manufactured panel products and quality European hardware, because our kitchens are made to last.
